I remember my first culinary comp. I was in charge of the entrée and with ten minuss left I burnt the shit out of my hand, our sauce for the dessert reduced to far and the salad girls couldn't get the frisee to stand on our crab salad. It was a disaster for about three minutes. We bucked up though and made it happen. I think we ended up getting third out of 120 teams... Wow! Don’t even recognize you man!
